1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery date
• Unopened with original seal intact
• In original packaging and condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Products with broken or damaged seals
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

• Refund processing: 5-10 business days
• Bank/card processing: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the defect or damage
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
• We cover all shipping costs
• No need to return defective items in some cases

If you receive the wrong product:

• Do not open the product
• We'll send the correct item at no charge
• Prepaid return label provided

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

• Return the original item for a refund
• Place a new order for the desired product
• Exception: Defective items are replaced directly

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
